I didn’t grow up eating sugared breakfast cereals. My mom said they were candy and truly they are. I love them though and I try to avoid them.

I have discovered something even worse but far more delicious. Flavored and sweet popcorn is all the rage right now. Just this season I was gifted toffee, caramel, chocolate and pumpkin spice popcorn. So here is how to make it even more delicious and make you mother cringe. Pour milk over it and eat if for breakfast. I promise it is one of the best things you have ever tasted. You can thank me later.
